Facial toner that doesnt burn, but removes blackheads?

my skin is really oily but sensitive so it gets dried out easily.

I'm using Clean%26amp;Clear facial toner blackhead remover and it burns when I put it on!!

what facial toner do you use? I really need something to remove blackheads and keep breakouts under control. What facial cleanser do you recommend for my skin type?Facial toner that doesnt burn, but removes blackheads?
I have been studying skincare, and separating the nonsense from the real world facts. This is my opinion:

First, no product will remove blackheads. If they are not coming out on your own, they should be extracted in a professional facial. This extraction is a very gentle and quick ';squeezing'; that is very difficult to do yourself; people who do this themselves are more likely to not get it on the first quick try and keep trying and trying, thus damaging their skin.

Second, you are probably over-drying the surface of your skin by stripping it of natural oils. Most of these products like Clean and Clear like to strip all the oil off your face -- which makes your face want to produce more oil to get it back in balance. For oily skin, I would recommend a very gentle cleanser like Cetaphil (or a generic brand), or Dr. Bronner's Baby soap, or an organic castil or olive oil soap. These are all creamy and lotion like and will not over strip your skin, which in the case of oily skin, simply causes more oil production.

Third, when you wash with these soaps, wet a clean washcloth with lots of warm water and put this on your face for 10 seconds or so. Then add the soap to your face with your fingers and spread the soap gently with the washcloth for 30 seconds (one-one-thousand...)

When washing, do NOT ';rub'; your face so you feel the bones underneath. You are simply cleaning off the microscopic layer of dirt and dead skin. The idea is to clean the surface without irritating or stimulating what's underneath, so keep a very light touch.

A good toner is simple witch hazel. It does not sting most people. Also, it will not over-dry your skin.

Products that over-dry your skin ';feel'; like they're doing something -- and they are -- but it's a devastating back and forth from oily to superdry and back and forth.

To keep breakouts under control:

(a) Cleanliness is next to godliness. Clean 3 times a day.

(b) Keep hair off face and don't touch fingers to face. Maintain these habits.

(c) There are internal factors in your body that you can change to help your face break out less. Things in your diet will cause inflammation (of your joints, and of sensitive areas of your skin), and unfortunately, this is the hardest thing to change. HOWEVER THIS IS WHERE THE BIG PAYOFF IS.

Worst inflammatory agent in the whole world:

Coffee.

Second:

Sugar.

These are not easy answers. An easy answer is ';oh, just buy this product.'; This is bullshit perpetuated by a huge industry that does not have your best interests in mind.

Even if you do nothing, the blackheads you have now will naturally come out with gentle washing. If you keep your skin very clean with gentle soaps, you will prevent new blackheads from forming (or slow down the process). Viola, your skin will be cleared.

Other tips:

Drink plenty of water, this keeps all of you clean.

Clean pillowcase, change 2x week.

Clean %26amp; dry washcloths always.

Never sleep in make-up. If you must wear make-off, don't try to wash it all off with soap but use -- yes -- simple oil such as olive oil. Do not use petroleum based products such as baby oil, these will irritate your skin.

Don't ';refresh'; your facial make-up. Putting more makeup on later in the day is just piling it on your face, over-irritating your skin, and ';sealing in'; the dirt of the day.

If you can avoid makeup except for under-eye, do so, or try it for 30 days (use the eye makeup and lip gloss).

Just remember: cleanse frequently but gently. You can clean as many times as you want as long as it's very gentle. BUT you can't make up for it with one big scrub at midnight.Facial toner that doesnt burn, but removes blackheads?
A good toner is going to ';burn.'; That's when you know it's working (like how you know nasty-tasting medicine works better than the sweetest). I use Murad, and it's been so amazing for me. I had skin like yours (I'm almost 15 btw) and I went to the dermatologist, used ProActive, Clean %26amp; Clear, and every other product on the shelves. Murad was the ONLY brand to EVER help me. Now I get compliments on my skin every day. :) It's a good deal, too. A ';one month supply'; lasts me 3 months, and the ';three month supply'; lasts me about 6.

Good luck to you!%26lt;3
first of all there is NO toner that can remove blackheads. None.

And most 'toners' or astringents burn like hell.

I suggest using Witch Hazel.. its nice and does the same thing and isnt harsh at all. The harsh toners can make yr acne worse.

And DO NOT- please god ....do not..use any Noxema product if you have acne. It will turn yr face into a road map.

I use Aveeno skin clearing bar for acne and sometimes Oxy wash.

Aveeno bar is best. Most masks arent meant for acne prone skin and scrubs are NOT meant for acne either,,,,believe it or not they make it worse too. No scrubs are good for acne. As for blackheads...youll have to carefully (!!) squeeze them out yrself. Using yr hands ONLY.

Just wash yr face at least 2 or 3 times a day and never sleep in yr make-up! ever!
My skin is also oily and prone to baclkheads and breakouts.

Mary Kay Classic Basic Skin Line in Formula 3 works really well. Their toner is called Blemish Control Toner 3 and doesn't burn your skin the way some toners do.
I use Biore. My skin isn't very oily, but I have very sensitive skin. It's really gentle, but it gets the job done, as well! I used to have the WORST blackheads, but now they seem to be under control.
But the burn is so GOOD! It means it's working!
