There is this cream from clinique that you can get to take the dark circles away... it also works for brlack heads what it does is dries them up and so that they go away! it works great! I USE IT ALL THE TIME!
try chewing tobacco or toothpaste. as it drys it pulls up the dirt in your skin. my grandpa told me of this years ago.
Try those blackhead strips and for dark circles i find that none of the cream works.. your best thing to do is cover it up with makeup.

available on line. Maybe it will work on you too.
