No. You can't get HIV or any STD from transferring skin from one person to another using a facial tool. Even if there were ';body fluids'; released during the facial, all salons steralize their equipment. It would seem impossible IMHO.
The only way any kind of std or disease could be passed on to her via facials is if the equiptment they use had gotten bodily fluids on it and they had not sterilized the equiptment. It is required by law that any and all implements must be sterilized before their next use. Sterilization will have compleately destroyed all bacteria/viruses on the implements they used on her.
