When you get a facial, and they do the blackhead extraction thing, does it hurt?

Does it feel like you're getting your eyebrows waxed, or does it feel like they're performing surgery without anaesthetic? Does it feel like little mosquito bites, and also does it help when they have a steamer on your face?When you get a facial, and they do the blackhead extraction thing, does it hurt?
If they are doing it by hand, it feels like they are squeezing a pimple...except everywhere on your face!


If its done with a machine, it feels like a vacuum is sucking the hell outta ur face.


None the less it hurts. It hurts when someone pushes stuff out of the delicate skin on your face BUT ITS SOOO WORTH IT!

They do it when ur face is steamed, no its not red after because they put several masks on it.

It doesn't hurt anywhere near like waxing. It's just a tiny pinch type feeling, and the steam helps open up the pores so they don't have to ';dig'; at the blackheads.
A little pressure or discomfort is normal. If it starts to hurt please tell your Aesthetician right away. If they are applying too much pressure it could damage the skin and potentially cause problems.
