What do they mean by Avoid eye area (Blackhead facial wash) i used it around my eye, is that bad?

What do they mean by that, i know it has some kind of acid to remove dirt. So i wanted to know what they meant by that, do they mean IN the eye, or around it (sockets) it is around the sockets they mean, would that damage my eye socket by making it look puffy and such? What do they mean by Avoid eye area (Blackhead facial wash) i used it around my eye, is that bad?
blackhead facial wash sometimes has scrubby beads in it, making it a little harsher on your skin.

they say avoid eye area (as in like around your eye socket), because if you put the wash all the way up to where you'd put eye shadow or underlid eyeliner, then there's a very good chance that you could blink wrong and get it in your eye, making your eye kill like all hell breaking loose. plus, the skin around your eye socket doesn't have a fatty layer under it like the rest of your face does, so it's more sensitive to being pushed and scrubbed and such. so basically, don't only let the wash get to your eye sockets (but not on your eyelids) so you don't get it in your eye.

and if your eye socket is looking puffy and such, i suggest you go see a doctor as soon as possible. What do they mean by Avoid eye area (Blackhead facial wash) i used it around my eye, is that bad?
Yeah, eye sockets are delicate. dont scrub there! lol
just don't use it around the eyes (socket ) because there is a chance of it getting in your eyes and that could cause an infection or harm
The skin under your eyes is very sensitive and can become damaged by it. Not to mention it can irritate your eyes. I wouldn't use it there again ;)
what they mean around the eye area is not to get above the bone under your eye. the skin is thin and the wash may soak through the skin.
its not really bad when you get it around your eye, since it is facial wash but if you get it in your eyes you may get infected.
