I'm pretty sure it's because of the hormones. The rush would have given your libido (sex drive) a boost, and the excess of hormones would give you greasier skin, leading to more pimples, blackheads and enlarged pores.
They're a byproduct of the same thing: puberty.
If sex/masturbation was the cause of that, then I believe all of us would be covered in ';blackheads, pimple, big nose/facial pore';.
Maybe your skin is trying to tell you something, like you are eating the wrong foods or your body is lacking essential vitamins and minerals.
Yes both of these things have to do with each other. You are producing sperm now and sounds like you are in adolescence which of course causes acne or makes it worse. It will pass in time, keep your skin clean the best you can and that will help. As far as sex or masturbation, that does not have anything to do with your complexion.

Aww, poor thing. No no no, you have it wrong. You just need to drink more, like water and orange juice. It takes a lot for your body to produce sperm and they leave fast then you need more Vit.s in your body. And, only deep throating can cause a sore throat. If you want better skin, wash your face twice a day (morning/night) and use a generous amount of face moisturizer BUT MAKE SURE YOU RUB IT IN WELL.
Your probably going through puberty and/or a secondary stage of growth which alternatively affects nose size, pimples, etc. and has nothing to do with masturbating.
aww honestly i think you have the pimples and stuff because of acne...u should just use a face wash, moisturizer, and scrub.
keep it up and your face will turn into one big pimple
