I would like to know the cost for a facial for removing blackheads in canada becuase im not sure it will be cheap. i hope it will under 20 bucks.

Sister I totally understand that you don't have much to spend but to be honest, If you want to treat blackheads and prevent them from coming back, You will need to spend over 20 bucks. You don't want to just treat them, But you want to prevent them from coming back. Most products designed for acne black heads range from $40 to hundreds of dollars. Another thing is that you must always keep using them or those blackheads will come back. Even proactiv to use it is more than 20 bucks. Maybe go over the counter or see a doctor to get a cheap prescription..But a doc is expensive. Check over the counter and see if there is something cheap for you but be careful not to get something that can make your acne worse.
